The Latvian Association of Contemporary Culture NGOs brings together 37 leading contemporary culture organisations in Latvia. The aims of the association are capacity building of the members, improving the environment of the culture NGO operators, taking active part in the development of cultural policy on national and regional levels, and promoting innovative processes and cooperation in contemporary culture.
