Jam Factory Art Center

Jam Factory Art Center is a Ukrainian contemporary arts organization that works with the visual arts, theatre, and music combined with educational activities and local community engagement.

Jam Factory Art Center is located in the industrial site of neo-Gothic style with a rich history, from Jewish Joseph Kronik’s alcohol-producing factory (since the second half of the 19th century) to the workshop for processing vegetables and fruits. The opening of the revitalized complex was planned for August 2022 but has been shattered because of the terrible full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, but the works continue and team is planning to open the space on 2023.

Combining artistic and humanitarian activities, the art center continues its work of reflecting on reality with artistic projects. In response to the ongoing full-scale war, the team has launched the “Artists in War” program to support the communities of independent art and culture in Ukraine.
