Historically, the Broumov Monastery used to be an important centre of culture and education, not only for its own region, but also for the whole of Central Europe. Today, the Vzdělávací a kulturní centrum Broumov / Educational and Cultural Centre Broumov (established in 2013), which is based in the monastery, strives to pursue this tradition and to create a respected European institution.

Through their activities, the Educational and Cultural Centre Broumov is becoming a pleasant place for meeting, discussion, and inspiration. It has become a symbol of the region’s successful development.
